Article 2 - Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of the products, the qualities and sales price of which are specified below, ordered by the Buyer through the Seller's website [www.wonderland.com], in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. The rights and obligations of the parties are defined accordingly.
Article 3 - Product and Service Information
The type, quantity, brand/model, sales price, payment method, main characteristics, sales price, and payment details of the product/products purchased by the Buyer are as follows. These details are also confirmed by the Buyer.

Article 4 - Payment and Delivery
4.1. The product/products will be shipped within an average of 21 business days after the order confirmation. The delivery time may vary depending on the supply process and logistical conditions.
4.2. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are borne by the Seller and the Buyer has been informed of this during the order process.
4.3. The products will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer. The Buyer should inspect the order upon delivery and ensure that there are no missing or damaged items by having a report prepared by the shipping officer in case of any issues.
Article 5 - Return and Right of Withdrawal
5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without paying any penalty within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller via e-mail or phone within this period, and the product must be unused, the packaging intact, and in a resellable condition.
5.3. A 15% deduction will be made from the total refund amount for returns. This deduction covers management and processing costs. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
5.4. Once the returned product is received and inspected by the Seller, the refund process will be completed within 7-10 business days.
Article 6 - General Provisions
6.1. The Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement and all conditions mentioned herein.
6.2. The security of the credit card information used by the Buyer is ensured by the SSL security protocol. Wonderland does not store card information and guarantees its security.
6.3. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
Article 7 - Enforcement
This Agreement takes effect on the date it is electronically approved by the Buyer and is binding on both parties.
